Artwork and File Preparation
Basic file setup starts at $50 per order (format check, scaling, simple layout). Advanced artwork work (vector tracing, photo processing, variable-data personalization prep, redesign) is $150/hour.

Customer materials notes:
For customer-supplied items, extra test pieces may be required for calibration. The required quantity depends on the material and engraving complexity.
